• MSA2000 is supported starting with RHEL5 U1, and SLES10 SP1 using Device Mapper failover.
• MSA1000 and MSA1500 are not supported with the 81Q or 82Q HBAs with RHEL 4U5 or RHEL
4U6.
• MSA1000 and MSA1500 are not supported in Active/Passive mode with SLES10 SP2.
NOTE:
Starting with RHEL5 U3 and SLES10 SP3, active/passive MSA and EVA arrays are no longer
supported.
Linux operating systems
Linux on ProLiant
The following versions of Linux are supported on ProLiant servers.
Table 1 lists software support with the following 2.6 versions of x86 and x64 Linux: RHEL 5 U3
(2.6.18.128).
